We are based in the UK but both have eReaders and so are happy to accept PDFs, .mobi, Smashwords coupons etc as well as paperbacks, audiobooks and hardbacks.  We can also accept films and – in some cases – games for review.

Books

We will consider most genres, though we are less interested in YA and rarely accept these titles.  Between the two of us, we read a great number of books across a great range of genres – however, time constraints mean we cannot accept every book, regardless of how appealing it sounds so please do not be offended if we cannot accept your title.

We are happy to accept books from authors, independent publishers, small presses and traditional publishers.  We care about the quality of the end product, not who publishes it.  However, we do believe poor grammar and structure can ruin a story: if it is obvious after the first couple of chapters that the book needs extensive editing we will be unable to review it.

For the sake of disclosure I confirm that we receive books from the following sources:

-Review copies from authors/publishers directly

-Audible.co.uk subscription (which we pay for)

-eBooks and paperbacks (which we pay for)

-Review copies from Amazon Vine, NetGalley etc

Other products: DVDs, games, cat products etc

We will review other products on the blog if time/interest allows.  Our interests are varied and many, as you can see from our blog.  Please feel free to email if you would like to request a product review and we will get back to you.

Other notes

We do not receive any monetary compensation for reviewing and our opinions are our own and are not influenced or affected by accepting a review copy.  We disclose the source of each product in the review.

As well as posting here we also post on Goodreads (for books) and Amazon (US/UK). If you would like a review to be posted elsewhere, please let us know.
